Production & Shipping
How long does it take to make a strap?
We strive for same day shipping, but depending on the design and number of orders in a day, it can take anywhere from 1-3 days to print and ship your strap.
How long is shipping?
It depends where you live. Your strap should arrive within 1-3 working days if you are having it delivered in the UK or the US, within 3-7 working days in the EU and Australia, and within 7-21 working days for the rest of the world. This does not include 3 day printing and production time.
I haven't received my strap?
If it hasn’t arrived in the estimated time please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I save or load my design?
While you’re in the customizer, you can save your design to your browser cookies by clicking the save iconto the left. The design can then be loaded using the load button underneath it.
Can I use my own images?
Yes you can, just simply click “Add Images” at the top of the customizer to upload your photos from your computer or mobile device.
Refunds & Returns
Can I return the strap?
We only accepts returns on non-customized straps, unless there is a defect. You can return the strap (non-customized) for a full refund within 30 days if you’re not satisfied. If you return the item, a refund excluding the original shipping fee will be issued. The return shipment must have a tracking number as proof. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been printed yet.
My strap broke.
We offer a lifetime guarantee for all of our straps, so if it breaks due to wear and tear we can offer a replacement free of charge. Note that the design or the strap size cannot change, it must be the same one.

We ship your order within 48 hours and it will arrive to your door in around 5 days for the US and 1-2 weeks for most other locations.
If for any reason you’re not happy with the product, contact us and we’ll make it right either by providing a refund or sending a replacement.
